ViacomCBS Networks Central & Northern Europe, South Europe, Middle East, Africa, UK, Asia, LATAM, Canada, Israel and Australia (VCNI) is a part a division of ViacomCBS. Launched as MTV Networks Europe (MTVNE) in 1987, our headquarters are in Madrid, with additional offices in Lisbon, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Dubai, Johannesburg & Lagos, Budapest, Warsaw, Singapore, Moscow, Stockholm, Tokyo, Beijing, Manila, Copenhagen, Prague, Helsinki, Hong Kong SAR, London, Tel Aviv, Sydney, Mexico, São Paulo, Buenos Aires and Toronto.

The Cluster portfolio is comprised of many of the world’s most popular multimedia entertainment brands, including Channel 5, Telefe, Network 10, Nickelodeon, MTV, Comedy Central, BET, Paramount Network, as well as streaming services Paramount+ and PlutoTV, and ViacomCBS International Studios, among others. Viacom brands are seen across the cluster in 229 million households via more than 60 channels and more than 20 brands.
